We're committed to helping you get back on the road with confidence. If you have sustained verifiable damage to your vehicle due to Hurricane Helene, you may qualify for a $1,000 Customer Support Program certificate under the following criteria:
Program Details
- Eligibility Period: New vehicles must be sold, reported, and contracted between September 26, 2024, and November 25, 2024.
- Eligible Vehicles: The program applies to new and untitled 2024 or 2025 Toyota models.
- Application of Support: The $1,000 Customer Support Program Cash must be applied to the deal in the rebate line on your purchase agreement.
Documentation Requirements
To qualify, you will need to provide:
- A copy of your insurance claim form or official verifiable documentation from your insurance carrier indicating that your vehicle was damaged or totaled as a result of Hurricane Helene. (Your vehicle does not need to be a Toyota.)
- Ensure that the insurance claimant name matches the retail customer information.
Important Information
- Only one Customer Support Program Certificate can be used per new vehicle transaction, and it is non-transferable.
- This offer is available exclusively at participating Southeast Toyota Dealers located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
